How long does it usually take for shipping?
We want you in our clothes as soon as possible! Know that we are working as fast as we can to get you in AVE. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2-7 business days. USPS Ground will then deliver within the stated timeframe at checkout. Shipping depends on stock, geographic location and demand of items requested. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Transit days are Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. USPS may deliver on Saturdays. International orders should be received within 10-15 business days.
Please be aware at this time we CANNOT ship to PO Boxes. If an order has a PO Box as a Shipping address, we will have to cancel your order.
How do I resolve issues with shipping?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If someone has special shipping circumstances, please contact USPS. We do most of our shipping through USPS except for international packages which are handled exclusively through UPS. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLAIM.
What is the return/exchange policy?

Store Credit Only: We do not issue refunds. Instead, we offer store credit for eligible returns. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website or in-store.
Timeframe: To be eligible for a store credit, the return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns.
Condition of the Item: The item being returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes any shipping fees, packaging materials, and insurance, if desired. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
Return Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will issue a store credit to your account. This store credit can be used towards future purchases. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or offering a store credit.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item following the guidelines mentioned above and then use the store credit to purchase the desired item.

How do I best care for my A.V.E. apparel?
We made it with love so treat it with love! We recommend that all A.V.E. products be dry cleaned only.
Do you offer custom color ways as an option?
Nope, but there is definitely something for everyone. We are constantly releasing new color options specifically with you in mind.
Are the colors online the only colors offered?
